About Felipe Hegg
I started my journey in the arts at an early age, exploring various facets of this fascinating market for over 15 years. As an independent curator, artist agent, and partner-director of Galeria Lume for nearly a decade, I have gained a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges of the art world.
I started collecting and working with art at the age of 25. Throughout my journey I encountered challenges that I realized were common among art collectors and enthusiasts: the lack of transparency in pricing, the difficulty of accessing impartial information, and the authenticity of works – issues that are always a source of concern. How did I, who was immersed in the art world, find it challenging to solve these problems?
In 2019, I understood that I was ready for a new challenge. With the aim of filling this gap, I sold my old company, moved to the United States, and established my own Art Advisory office. These four years abroad were essential for studying and expanding my network, as well as for gaining an international perspective on the art market.
Our focus is to offer a tailor-made service, ensuring that each collection is unique and that our clients benefit from an educational, safe, and rewarding journey throughout the process.
